E-invoicing, built into Business Central
SLinkHub is an AppSource extension that connects Business Central to SLinkHub for sending and receiving electronic invoices over the Peppol network. It plugs into Microsoft's native E-Document framework, so invoices are sent and received straight from the standard Business Central pages your team already uses.
Send e-invoices
Post and send sales invoices and credit memos through SLinkHub. Delivery is triggered from the standard E-Document flow and the document sending profile.
Receive e-invoices
Supplier invoices arrive through SLinkHub as E-Documents in Business Central, with their PDF and attachments, ready to review and post.
Approval workflow
Optionally route incoming invoices through the SLINK approval workflow. The approval status follows the invoice into Business Central.
Delivery tracking
Every document has a status and log entry in the E-Document framework, so you always know whether an invoice was delivered.
One app for every country
SLinkHub is a single app. What differs between countries — which identifier a company is addressed by on Peppol and which local rules apply — is held in a country profile. Profiles for the countries below ship with the app and are picked from your company's country; any other country works through a general profile you can adjust.
Belgium
Enterprise Number under Peppol scheme 0208, derived from the VAT number where the field is missing.
France
SIREN under scheme 0225, plus the French e-invoicing regime: BT-23 cadre de facturation, lifecycle statuses and payment reporting.
Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Greece, United Kingdom
VAT number under schemes 9944, 9930, 9920, 9933 and 9932. German and Spanish public-sector routing codes are supported.
Singapore
UEN under scheme 0195, validated before it is used.
Requirements
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central online (Cloud), version 28 (2026 release wave 1) or later
- Microsoft E-Document Core and Business Foundation (installed automatically from AppSource)
- An active SLinkHub account and API key
