What is SLinkHub?
SLinkHub is a set of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extensions that connect Business Central to SLinkHub for sending and receiving electronic invoices. It plugs into Microsoft's built-in E-Document framework, so documents flow through the standard Business Central experience — no separate portal is required for the day-to-day invoicing process.
SLinkHub is published on Microsoft AppSource by INFIVEX and runs on Business Central online (Cloud).
How the apps fit together
SLinkHub is delivered as a country-neutral Core app plus one country extension per jurisdiction. You install Core once, and then the extension that matches the country your company files in. Core never sends country-specific data on its own — the country extension supplies the local identifiers and formatting rules.
SLinkHub Core
The country-neutral runtime. Provides the SLink API client, the E-Document plumbing, and the integration events that every country extension subscribes to. Required by all other SLinkHub apps.
SLinkHub BE
Belgian extension. Adds Enterprise Number handling, vendor matching, and PEPPOL endpoint scheme 0208 (Belgian company number).
SLinkHub FR
French extension. Adds SIREN derivation, PEPPOL endpoint scheme 0225, BT-23 Cadre de Facturation stamping, DGFIP activation, and the Annulée cancellation lifecycle.
SLinkHub DE
German extension. Adds VAT identification under PEPPOL endpoint scheme 9930, Leitweg-ID routing (0204) for public-sector recipients, and German partner matching.
SLinkHub GR
Greek extension. Adds AFM/VAT identification under PEPPOL endpoint scheme 9933 and Greek partner matching.
Extensible by design
Additional country extensions follow the same pattern: they depend on Core and subscribe to its integration events. Contact us if you need a jurisdiction that is not yet listed.
Requirements
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central online (Cloud), version 28 (2026 release wave 1) or later.
- A user with permission to install AppSource apps and configure E-Documents (typically an administrator or SUPER user).
- An active SLinkHub account and API credentials, provided by INFIVEX or your SLink administrator.
Dependencies
SLinkHub relies on two Microsoft first-party apps. On AppSource these are resolved and installed automatically:
Business Foundation — version 28.0.0.0 (Microsoft)
SLinkHub Core — required by every country extension (BE, FR, DE, GR, …)
Installation
Install from Microsoft AppSource directly inside Business Central:
1. Open Extension Marketplace
In Business Central, search for Extension Marketplace (or open Extension Management → Manage → Extension Marketplace).
2. Install your country app
Search for SLinkHub and select the extension for your country (for example SLinkHub BE, SLinkHub FR, SLinkHub DE or SLinkHub GR).
3. Dependencies auto-install
Choose Install. Business Central automatically installs SLinkHub Core and the required Microsoft apps first, then the country extension.
4. Verify
Open Extension Management and confirm SLinkHub Core and your country extension both show as Installed.
You only install the country extension you need — installing SLinkHub BE pulls in SLinkHub Core as a dependency, so there is no need to install Core separately.
Configuration — getting started
1. Enter SLink credentials
Open the SLinkHub Setup page and enter SLinkHub API endpoint and credentials provided by your administrator.
2. Configure E-Document Service
Create an E-Document Service that uses the SLink integration, and set the document format for your country.
3. Set the sending profile
Assign the E-Document Service to a Document Sending Profile and apply it to the customers you invoice electronically.
4. Send a test invoice
Post and send a sales invoice. Track its status in the E-Document log to confirm delivery through SLinkHub.
Country specifics
Belgium (SLinkHub BE)
Company and trading-partner identification uses the Belgian Enterprise Number, transmitted on the PEPPOL network under endpoint scheme 0208. Make sure your company and customer/vendor Enterprise Numbers are filled in correctly before sending.
France (SLinkHub FR)
Identification is derived to SIREN and transmitted under PEPPOL endpoint scheme 0225. The French extension stamps the BT-23 Cadre de Facturation, supports DGFIP activation for the mandatory French e-invoicing reform, and handles the Annulée (cancellation) lifecycle. Ensure your SIREN/SIRET and DGFIP settings are configured before going live.
Germany (SLinkHub DE)
Company and trading-partner identification uses the German VAT identification number (USt-IdNr.), transmitted under PEPPOL endpoint scheme 9930. For public-sector recipients, the buyer's Leitweg-ID is used for routing under scheme 0204 — ask your public-sector customer for their Leitweg-ID and record it before sending.
Greece (SLinkHub GR)
Identification uses the Greek VAT number (AFM), transmitted under PEPPOL endpoint scheme 9933. Make sure your company and customer/vendor AFM values are filled in correctly before sending.
Troubleshooting
An invoice is stuck or fails to send
Open the E-Document entry and review the error and status log. The most common causes are a missing or invalid partner PEPPOL identifier, or SLink credentials that have not been entered on the SLinkHub Setup page.
The country extension will not install
Confirm your Business Central environment is version 28 or later and that the Microsoft E-Document Core and Business Foundation apps are available. On AppSource these install automatically; on a sandbox you may need to allow dependency installation.
PEPPOL identifiers are rejected
Verify that the company (and the customer or vendor) has a valid identifier for the country scheme — Enterprise Number for BE (0208), SIREN for FR (0225), VAT number for DE (9930) or Leitweg-ID for German public-sector buyers (0204), and AFM for GR (9933).
