1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and INFIVEX Global PTE Ltd ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of SLinkHub invoice management platform ("Service"), accessible at slinkhub.net and related domains.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
This license does not include the right to:
- Sublicense, sell, or redistribute the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- Your administrator is responsible for managing user access within your organization
4. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including invoices, contacts, attachments, and financial records ("Your Data").
You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide the Service, including:
- Storing and transmitting invoices via the Peppol network
- Processing PDF documents with AI for data extraction
- Generating reports and analytics from Your Data
- Fulfilling tax reporting obligations (e.g., DGFIP)
5. Service Availability
- We target 99.9% uptime for the Service
- Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance
- We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Azure, Peppol, B2Brouter)
- Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice
6. API Usage
If you use SLinkHub DEV API:
- You must authenticate all requests with a valid API key
- You must not share API keys with unauthorized parties
- You must not exceed reasonable usage limits
- API keys can be revoked at any time by the account administrator
- We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend API access for abuse
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Transmit fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
8. Fees and Payment
- Fees are as agreed in your subscription or service agreement
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT)
- Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
- We reserve the right to suspend the Service for non-payment
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of INFIVEX Global PTE Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in this EULA transfers any intellectual property rights to you, except the limited license granted in Section 2.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for errors in AI-extracted data - you are responsible for reviewing and approving all invoice data
11. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting your administrator
- We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of this EULA
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- Your Data will be available for export for 30 days after termination
- After 30 days, Your Data will be permanently deleted (subject to legal retention requirements)
12. Changes to This EULA
We may modify this EULA at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
